Returns & Exchanges
At Coffee Beanery, we take pride in the quality of our small-batch roasts and gourmet treats; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that for food safety reasons, all returned coffee must be in its original, unopened packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange the product.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible items.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Carefully pack the unopened coffee or merchandise in its original box, include your RMA slip, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return at our roasting facility, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
